01About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Nahnu Fitness LLC, a limited liability company in Washington State, United States ("we", "us"). Nahnu Fitness LLC owns Nahnu Plugins, the brand that makes WC Currency Switch. The terms cover the website at wccurrencyswitch.com, the WC Currency Switch plugin, the customer dashboard and our support.

If you buy for a business or for clients, you confirm you can agree to these terms on their behalf. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy a plan.

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use policy and Disclaimers are part of these terms.

02Your account

When you buy a plan, we create an account for you in the customer dashboard. Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

• Keep your login safe and don't share it.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

03The plugin and the GPL

The WC Currency Switch plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the GPL.

What you pay for is access: plugin downloads, your license key, updates, support and the customer dashboard, for as long as your plan includes them.

The GPL covers the code, not our brand. The names "WC Currency Switch" and "Nahnu Plugins" and their logos are ours. If you share a modified copy, please give it a different name and logo.

04Plans, licenses and sites

Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ by how many sites you can activate your license on, and by how long updates and support last.

• Yearly plans (5 sites, 25 sites or unlimited sites) include one year of updates and support, and renew each year until you cancel.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment for up to 1,000 sites. It includes updates for as long as we offer WC Currency Switch, and 3 years of support.

A site is a WordPress install where your license key is active. You can deactivate a site from the plugin's License tab or your dashboard and use that slot on another site. You can use your license on sites you own or manage for clients.

If a yearly plan ends without renewing, the plugin keeps working on your sites, but updates and support stop. Please don't publish, sell or share your license key outside your own sites and clients. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly.

05Payments, renewals and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by SureCart and Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

• Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it.
• Yearly plans renew automatically at the price in effect at renewal. We tell you before a price change applies to you.
• You can cancel a renewal from your dashboard at any time before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't end your current year early.

06Refunds

Every plan comes with a 14-day refund. If WC Currency Switch isn't right for your store, ask through our support form within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. When we refund an order, its license key is deactivated.

If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with similar consumer laws, you keep your legal rights. By downloading the plugin, you ask us to start supplying it straight away.

07Updates

While your plan includes updates, you can install them from your WordPress dashboard using your license key, or download them from the customer dashboard.

To check for updates and confirm your license, the plugin sends your license key and your site address to our licensing service, run on SureCart. It does not send information about your store's customers.

We improve the plugin over time, and features can change. If we plan to remove a feature many stores rely on, we will try to tell you first.

08Support

Support is available through our support form while your plan includes it. We usually reply within 1 to 3 business days. That is a goal, not a guarantee.

• Covered: setting up and using the plugin, bugs in the plugin, and the plugins, themes and builders listed on our integrations page.
• Not covered: custom development, problems caused by other plugins or hosting we don't list, and tax, accounting or legal advice.

09Exchange rates, prices and other services

WC Currency Switch converts and shows prices. It is not a payment processor, a bank or a financial service, and nothing it shows is financial advice.

• Exchange rates come from third parties you choose, such as Frankfurter, ExchangeRate-API, Open Exchange Rates, currencyapi or your own feed. Rates can be delayed, missing or wrong, and they change all the time.
• You are responsible for your prices. Check the prices, fees, rounding and fixed prices your store shows and charges, and the currencies your payment gateways accept.
• You are responsible for your store's legal duties, including taxes, price display rules and consumer laws in the countries you sell to.
• Location detection is a best guess. CDN country headers and IP lookups can be wrong, for example when a shopper uses a VPN.

Rate providers, IP lookup services, CDNs, payment gateways, SureCart and Stripe run under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

10Acceptable use

Please use WC Currency Switch and our services lawfully and fairly. Don't use them to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, attack or overload our systems, get around license checks, or pretend to be us.

11Privacy

How we handle personal information on our website and in your account is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

On your store, the plugin sets a cookie that remembers each shopper's currency. To detect their country it reads the country your CDN already sends. If you choose IP2Location or FreeIPAPI as a fallback, the plugin sends the shopper's IP address to that service. Your store is responsible for telling shoppers about this in its own privacy notice, and for any consent your laws require.

12Our brand and content

Apart from the GPL code, everything on our website belongs to us or our licensors. That includes the names, logos, design, screenshots and text.

Please ask before copying it. Quoting a little with credit, or linking to us, is fine.

13No warranty

As far as the law allows, the plugin, website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise they will be free of errors, always available, or that exchange rates or detected locations will be accurate.

Test changes on a staging site and keep regular backups of your store.

14Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or losses from prices or exchange rates shown or charged on your store.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence. If you misuse our services and that causes us costs, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

15Ending these terms

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where it's reasonable, we will warn you first.

When an account closes, copies of the plugin already installed keep working under the GPL, but access to updates, support and the dashboard ends. The sections on our brand, no warranty, limits on liability and law and disputes still apply.

16Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We aim to sort out complaints within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Spokane County, Washington.

If you are a consumer outside the United States, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you may be able to bring a claim in your local courts.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here with a new date. For important changes, we tell you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect.

If you keep using WC Currency Switch after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

18General

• These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between us.
• If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
• You can't transfer these terms without our agreement. We may transfer them if Nahnu Plugins or WC Currency Switch changes ownership.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• These terms are written in English, and the English version applies.
